Can I change my shipping method after I have placed an order? >

Your shipping method cannot be changed after you have placed your order.

Can I change the shipping address on my order once it has been placed? >

If you accidentally listed the wrong shipping address on your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Can I ship to multiple addresses? >

Not on the same order. If you'd like to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes? >

All shipping addresses require a physical address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes due to UPS restrictions.

Do you ship outside the United States? >

We ship to US locations only, and cannot fulfill orders with international shipping addresses.

How can I qualify for free shipping? >

Life Gear AED is happy to offer Free Shipping to our customers with orders of $65 or more. In order to enjoy free shipping, you must: Place over $65 worth of products in your Shopping Cart, ship to a single address in the 48 contiguous states, and select the (Free Shipping $0.00) shipping option during check-out. Your order will be delivered within 7-9 business days. This offer excludes shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

My tracking status says Complete. What does that mean? >

Complete means that your order has been processed and it has shipped. It does not mean that your ordered has been delivered.

My tracking status says Processing. What does that mean? >

This means that your order is being prepared for shipping in the warehouse.

What are my shipping options? >

Ground Shipping: 2 to 3 day processing time plus a ship time of approximately 5 - 7 days (Free when you spend $75 or more)
Priority or 2-Day Shipping: approximately 3-5 days
Express Shipping or Next Day Shipping: approximately 1-2 days
You can view shipping methods and costs during checkout before submitting your order.

Why is my tracking information incomplete? >

It can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to be generated. If it has been more than 48 hours and you have not received any tracking information, please contact us.
