Since we do not keep your credit card information on file, we cannot add to your order after it's placed. To order additional quantities of a particular product, you will need to place the order through our website.
Our orders are processed once they are placed. In most cases we do not have the ability to modify or cancel your order once it has been placed. You can always return the item within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
If you prefer to place your order by phone, you are welcome to call us from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). We will collect your order information and place the order on your behalf through our website. You will promptly receive an order confirmation email. If we are helping other customers, you can leave a message and we'll return your call as soon as possible.

If the billing address we have on file does not match the address for your credit card, an authorization hold (sort of like a pending charge) will be applied to your card. But don’t worry, this will be resolved and removed from your account within 3-5 business days. You do not need to take any action.
