Can I cancel my order? >

Our orders are processed once they are placed. In most cases we do not have the ability to modify or cancel your order once it has been placed. You can always return the item within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

Do you guarantee your products? >

To ensure customer satisfaction, Life Gear AED offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If we have made a mistake with your order, or if you have received damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us immediately by phone or by email and we will promptly send a replacement. If you have ordered an incorrect item, or would like to return an item for other reasons, please read our 30-Day Return Policy below.

How can I qualify for free shipping? >

Life Gear AED is happy to offer our customers Free Shipping on orders of $65 or more. In order to enjoy free shipping, you must: Place over $65 worth of products in your Shopping Cart, ship to a single address in the 48 contiguous states, and select the (Free Shipping $0.00) shipping option during check-out. Your order will be delivered within 7-9 business days. This offer excludes shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

How can I unsubscribe from your emails? >

At the bottom of your email, there is an unsubscribe link you can click to change your email settings and unsubscribe from our mailing list.

How do I sign up for your emails? >

To sign up for our emails, simply enter your email address in the email box that appears on the bottom of our homepage when you first come to the site. Note: Signing up to receive emails from Life Gear AED does not automatically create an account for you and creating an account does not automatically mean you will receive emails from us. To create an account, click on the My Account link at the top of the page and register for free.

How do I track my order? >

If you are already logged into your account, you can go to My Account My Orders and then select View Orders. On the order page, click on the Track Your Order link and a new window will pop up with your tracking information. Please note that it will take up to 2-3 days for most items to ship, and tracking information will not be available in most cases until an item ships out.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? >

Ground Shipping: 2 to 3 day processing time plus a ship time of approximately 5 - 7 days
Priority or 2-Day Shipping: approximately 3-5 days
Express Shipping or Next Day Shipping: approximately 1-2 days

LifeGear-AED.com is available for online ordering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Customer service represenatives are available to assist you with your order Monday - Friday: 9AM to 5PM EST

What is your return policy? >

Life Gear AED may issue a refund or credit on most items returned within 30 days of delivery. Items you wish to return must be unused and in its original, undamaged packaging. Returns are handled far more quickly if done via email rather than the phone. If you would like to return a product, please email support@lifegear-aed.com to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form and number. Once you receive a RMA form / number, please include a copy with your return, to ensure your return is received properly. You may also call us at 1-800-819-3224. Please note that items returned to Life Gear AED without an RMA will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

Items which will not be accepted under this return policy include:

  • Opened or damaged electrode pads
  • Opened or used batteries
  • Opened rescue kits, CPR masks/barriers

If you wish to return an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) or training unit, the price of opened or used electrode pads and/or batteries which are in non-resalable condition will be deducted from the total refund.

Shipping and Insurance Costs

All shipping and insurance costs incurred on return items are to be handled by the customer. Life Gear AED is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during shipping, so please ensure you use a reliable carrier when sending your return.

Where do you ship? >

We ship to the 48 contiguous states and Alaska and Hawaii. We cannot fulfill orders with international shipping addresses. All shipping addresses require a physical address. Due to UPS restrictions, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Whom do I contact for warranty and technical related questions? >

All AEDs purchased through LifeGear-AED.com include a minimum of a 5-year manufacturer's warranty. For warranty and technical related questions, please contact the manufacturer according to the AED your purchased.
